Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Radical Warehouse online shop:

Customers include both consumers and businesses. Any differing terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless the seller expressly agrees to them.

2. Offers and conclusion of contracts

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy" button, you are placing a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order via email (order confirmation).

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include VAT.

Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process.
For deliveries abroad, additional costs (customs duties, taxes) may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is available to Germany and other countries selectable in the shop.

Unless a different delivery date is specified, the delivery time is usually:

  • 3–7 working days within Germany
  • 7–14 working days abroad

Delays caused by shipping providers are beyond our control.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

PayPal

Payment via your PayPal account or via PayPal guest access.

credit card

Payment processing via Shopify Payments / Stripe .

Klarna

When selecting Klarna, Klarna's terms and conditions also apply (purchase on account, instant payment, installment purchase – depending on the offer).

The seller may refuse payments via third-party providers if security checks fail.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Since these are custom-made or made-to-order products, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Likewise, sealed goods, which are unsuitable for return for hygienic reasons, are also excluded if the seal has been broken.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

Should a product have any defects, please contact us at: info@radicalwarehouse.com.

Business customers are subject to the following deviations:

  • Defects must be reported immediately.

  • For business customers, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from:

  • Injury to life, body and health

  • intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty

  • Product liability cases

In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for typical, foreseeable damages, insofar as essential contractual obligations are breached.

Any further liability is excluded.

10. Data protection

The provisions of our privacy policy apply, which can be viewed in the footer of our online shop.

11. Online Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

For consumers

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, however, without restriction of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

For entrepreneurs

German law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is the seller's place of business.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
